How to View, Mark as Paid & Fulfill Orders on Shopify
Managing your Shopify orders is simple and can all be done from your Shopify Admin.

Log in to Shopify and select Orders from the left-hand menu.

Click on the order you want to manage to view the customer's details, products ordered, payment status, and delivery information.

If payment was received outside Shopify, such as via EFT or bank transfer, click Collect payment and select Mark as paid. Confirm the payment only once you have verified that the funds were received.

To process the order for delivery, click Fulfill items or Mark as fulfilled, depending on your Shopify setup.

Confirm the products and quantities being fulfilled.

If available, enter the tracking number and select the courier/shipping carrier.

Choose whether you want Shopify to notify the customer about their shipment.

Click Fulfill items to complete the fulfilment.

The order will now display its updated Payment and Fulfillment status in Shopify.
Quick Tip: Only mark an order as paid once you've confirmed payment. Only mark it as fulfilled once the order has been dispatched, collected, or otherwise completed.
