Digital Goods Return & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or design work has commenced.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or products that have already been supplied.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital product or believe you have received the incorrect file, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law.
